Mark Fulford: Bionutrients and Food Safety from Field to Market
Throughout this workshop Fulford’s hardwon
expertise in bionutrient soil building will
help you get beyond the level of soil testing
and prescriptive fixes. He will take you
through the growing season, with an
emphasis on food safety from pre-planting
soil preparation to the customer’s basket. At
the end of the day you will have a greater
understanding of soil health and how it
applies to food safety, greater yields and
customer satisfaction.
